The first step in joining Codeavour involves a telephonic assessment, where our team conducts a focused interview based on a prepared set of questions. These questions are designed to assess a candidate’s alignment with our company culture and the specific role they are applying for.
Although the telephonic assessment is concise, it is designed to gather insights into the candidate’s skills, personality, work ethic, and flexibility. It’s a quick yet thorough interview to ensure the candidate is a strong fit for the role.
Next, candidates who advance are invited to an online interview via platforms like Skype or Zoom, where they are required to have their webcam on for better evaluation. During this round, the HR team listens in as an observer while the technical lead from the relevant department leads the conversation.
This interview evaluates both technical expertise and behavioral traits. We maintain a professional atmosphere throughout the session and expect candidates to dress accordingly. For candidates who make it past the first two rounds, we invite them to our office for an in-house interview. Upon arrival, candidates complete a test specifically designed for the role to assess their knowledge and aptitude.
